Doug Thode is president of D. Thode & Associates Inc., a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, BIA Insolvency Counsellor and Consumer Proposal Administrator.

​

Doug has worked in the insolvency industry since 1990 and received his license in 2002.  The following year, he started the firm D. Thode & Associates Inc. 

​

Doug has dedicated himself to helping those in financial distress make sound financial decisions.  He uses his many years of experience in the field to give knowledgeable advice to clients, giving them the tools to have a successful financial future.

​

Doug is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP).

​

When Doug is not working, he enjoys travelling with his family.

Shelley Koehli

Shelley Koehli joined D. Thode & Associates Inc. in May, 2019 and will be leading the lower mainland office.  Shelley is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, BIA Insolvency Counsellor and Consumer Proposal Administrator. 

​

Shelley is a former Board member of the B.C. Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (BCAIRP), a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) Social Media Committee, a member on the BC Practice Committee and is frequently asked to make presentations on consumer debt and financial literacy.

Shelley has been working in the insolvency industry since 1995 and received her license in 2008.  Shelley enjoys working with individuals and families to find the right solution to your financial problem.  Shelley takes pride in ensuring you fully understand your options before making your decision.

When Shelley is not working, she is spending time with her family.
